This three day course is for people working in the electro-technical industry; who are experienced with electrical installation and operating principles and are now required to prove compliance with industry standard regulations and practices. This 18th Edition qualification will be essential if individuals wish to join a Government Approved Part P Scheme Provider. Every installation from January 2019 will need to be designed in line with the 18th Edition wiring regulations. As this is an open book exam, individuals will need to ensure that they have a copy of the up to date IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition BS7671 2018.
To assist delegates, in understanding the 18th Edition wiring regulations, introducing them to a working knowledge along with a brief overview of the Electricity at Work Regulations covering statutory duties.

This programme uses a mixture of group discussions, pro-forma examples, information input sessions along with theory application to fully involve participants. To complete this course delegates are required to undertake a two hour, 60 question multiple choice online examination which will give a pass or fail grade.
